You can’t image how devastated I was when Computer Beach Party didn’t turn up after a Netflix search. This film has the makings of another Joysticks (only the BEST 80s movie ever) and meets prettymuch all my drinking criteria. 80s culture backdrop? Check. Celebration of outdated technology? Check. Simultaneously awkward and gratuitous topless make-out scenes? Check. Stilted performances, so bad they are charming? Check. I must find this film.
